By creating a Trade4me account you agree to these Terms of Service (draft). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Trade4me provides software that connects to your exchange via API keys, runs algorithmic signals, optional AI go/no-go checks, and places orders on your behalf. We do not custody funds.
Trading risk
Cryptocurrency trading is risky. You can lose all capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trade4me does not guarantee profit.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for API key scope (we recommend disabling withdrawals), exchange account security, tax reporting, and compliance with local laws.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade4me is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability caps and governing law will be specified in the final version.
