Overview

This Privacy Policy (draft) describes how Trade4me handles account data, exchange API credentials, and usage information.

Data we collect

Account email and profile, exchange connection metadata, bot and trade records, AI gate decision logs, and standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security.

Exchange credentials

API keys are encrypted at rest. They are used server-side only to execute your bots. We do not return full secrets in list API responses.

AI processing

When the AI trade gate is enabled, structured trade context (candles, bot config, your closed trade history for the algorithm) is sent to our model provider for go/no-go evaluation.

Your choices

You may disable the AI gate account-wide or per bot. You may delete exchange connections and request account deletion by contacting support.
